Goalkeeper Zac Lubin Earns USL Team of the Week Honorable Mention

PHOENIX - Phoenix Rising goalkeeper Zac Lubin earned USL Team of the Week Honorable Mention for Week 21 of the 2019 USL Championship season the league announced today.
Lubin recorded a five-save clean sheet in Phoenix Rising's 1-0 win at Tulsa Roughnecks last Saturday night. The shutout win capped an entire month without allowing a goal for Lubin. In July, Lubin went 3-0-0 with three clean sheets and 12 saves.
This is also the 15th week this season a Rising FC player has been recognized by the league and the seventh consecutive week a player has been recognized by the league.
Lubin has been recognized by the league two times this season. He earned an honorable mention spot on the team of the week in Week 16.
Phoenix Rising brings its USL Championship-record 11-match winning streak to California for a matchup with LA Galaxy II. The match will air live on Your PHX CW (channels 6 & 61.1) and online at ArizonaSports.com with kickoff at 7:00 p.m. Fans can also attend one of two official watch parties at PAZ Cantina in Phoenix or R.T. O'Sullivans in Scottsdale.
