
Gladiators fall to Utah at home

TheLas Vegas Gladiators lose a tough game falling to the Utah Blaze 57-47on Sunday at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas. Gladiators QB Shaun King Completed 27 of 35 passes for 287 yards and 6 touchdowns, but for the Gladiators it wasn't enough.
Utah WR Siaha Burley caught 4 of their 7 touchdowns and finished with 163 yards receiving, earning him Offensive Player of the Game. Utah QB Joe Germaine threw for 40 yards and 7 touchdowns.
Las Vegas WR Thabiti Davis had a stand-out night leading the Gladiators' in receiving with 8 receptions for 94 yards and 2 touchdowns. WR Kevin Prentiss who was injured early in the 2nd half finished the game with 5 receptions for 93 yards and one touchdown.
The Gladiators took the lead in the third quarter, but Utah scored 20 straight points down the stretch to clinch the victory.
