Gladiators come to terms with three players

Las Vegas, NV, June 18, 2004 – The Las Vegas Gladiators announced today they have re-signed WR/DB Dennison Robinson and OL/DL's Rick Cunningham and Thaddeus Bullard to contract extensions.

Robinson (6'0, 195, West Georgia) will be returning to the Gladiators for his fourth season in 2005. In 2004, he was named the team's Ironman of the Year after excelling on both sides of the football. He recording 32.5 total tackles, five interceptions, three pass breakups, one forced fumble and one tackle for a loss. On offense, he had 44 receptions for 465 yards with eight touchdowns and returned 17 kicks for 263 yards. Prior to 2004, Robinson was named the team's Ironman of the Year in his first season with the Gladiators in 2002.

Cunningham (6'7, 325, Texas A&M) has played for Las Vegas the past two seasons and will rejoin them for a third season in 2005. In 2004, he played in 15 games at the center/nose guard position and recorded 4.5 total tackles, one fumble recovery and assisted on one sack. Before joining the Gladiators, Cunningham played in the NFL for eight seasons and spent time with the Indianapolis Colts, Arizona Cardinals, Minnesota Vikings and Oakland Raiders.

Bullard (6'4, 270, Florida) was a force on the defensive line in his first full season in the AFL. He led Las Vegas with three sacks and led all Gladiator linemen with 30 total tackles, four for a loss. He also added two pass breakups, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery.
