The home team came into the night riding a 3 game winning streak looking to make it 4 and the second in a week against the visiting Danbury Titans in front of 1,192 fans, but the Titans had other plans coming away with a 7 to 1 victory.

Berlin's Curtis Warren scored at 17:25 off assists from David Brancik and Stathis Soumelidis. Danbury would add their second goal of the night less than a minute later when Kory Helowka scored off assists from Zach Tatrn and Mike Driscoll.

Gjurich's first goal came just 47 seconds into the frame off assists from Ryan Patsch and John Scorcia. Gjurich would add his second at 15:58 off assists from Taylor Love and Phil Bronner.
