Joe Newman has named Gil Morgan owner of the year. He has hosted the best ABA All Star game ever in Las Vegas and helped the Rattlers become a successful team and into the playoffs. He also has been helping players find work over the summer. Gil is a class act. Congradulations Gil!!!
