The following evening, Sunday, February 24th, the home and home series between the Giants and the Rockets wrapped up at the Pacific Coliseum in Vancouver. Sexsmith stopped 20 of 22 shots through regulation and the over-time frame before allowing one goal in the shoot-out, which was the difference, as the Rockets took the game 3-2 in the shoot-out.
