
Georgia Force move kickoff of next home game to 2 pm

FLOWERY BRANCH, GA, February 21, 2005 â The Georgia Force announced today that their next home game, Sunday March 6th at Philips Arena vs. the Columbus Destroyers will be moved from a noon kickoff to a 2 pm start time.
All tickets purchased for the Force-Destroyers game will be valid and honored for the later time. For more information regarding tickets, call (404) 222-5770.
"We wanted this decision to ultimately come from our fans," explained Force President Dick Sullivan. "We wanted to look into the possibilities of a later kickoff time that may be more conducive to our fan's Sunday morning plans and getting downtown to Philips Arena in time for the game."
Sullivan added, "It was important for us to make the fans a part of this process. Based on their responses through a poll on our website, the choice became clear that a later kickoff is what fans desired."
