Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs News Release
In anticipation of Louisiana election day on October 20th, The Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs are encouraging fans to participate in the state's early voting program. Don't risk missing out on the Mudbugs home opener on October 20th at 7:05 pm because you're stuck at the polls. Beat the rush, vote early, and cheer on the 'Bugs!
Starting on Saturday, October 6th, early voting is available at any Registrar of Voters office in your parish. Registrar's offices are open for early voting Monday through Saturday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. For more information on the elections, check out www.geauxvote.com.
October 20th will be a big night at the CenturyTel Center , as the Mudbugs open up the home schedule for their 11th season of play. In that contest, Bossier-Shreveport will take on a revamped Texas Brahmas squad led by former Mudbugs great Dan Wildfong, now the Head Coach of the Brahmas.
Tickets for the opener and all other Mudbugs home games are on sale now! Call the Mudbugs office at 318-752-BUGS to purchase group and season tickets for 2007-2008.
