South Burlington, VT - The Vermont Frost Heaves are pleased to announce there partnership with First in Fitness, a local health club in Central Vermont with locations in Berlin and in Montpelier.
First in Fitness will provide the Frost Heaves with all of their training needs from strength and conditioning, led by Trainer Mike Rossi to aquatics training and weekly yoga classes for the entire team.
"We at First in Fitness are very excited about our partnership with the Frost Heaves. Our trainers have worked with athletes at all levels including both amateurs and professionals. Working with the Frost Heaves is a natural extension of that work.
