Friday Night Crowd Sets Attendance Record

BINGHAMTON, NY - The 7,488 Binghamton Rumble Ponies fans that packed NYSEG Stadium on Friday night helped set a single-game attendance franchise record, surpassing the previous mark of 7,412 set in 2007. The Rumble Ponies have welcomed more than 6,000 fans to the ballpark six times this season and have had over 7,000 fans twice.

Since May 23, the Rumble Ponies have welcomed 114,080 total fans to NYSEG Stadium, an average of 4,225 fans per opening. Overall this season, an average number of 3,442 fans have filled the ballpark for each opening. At their present post-Memorial Day weekend rate, the Rumble Ponies are on pace to have their best per-game attendance since the franchise's inaugural season in 1992.
