Freedom to Host "Team Blake" Concert on September 10

(Florence, KY) - The Florence Freedom, presented by Titan Mechanical Solutions, are excited to welcome Craig Wayne Boyd and The Swon Brothers as the headliners for the Freedom's "Team Blake" concert at UC Health Stadium on Thursday, September 10.
Both acts were contestants on the popular NBC show "The Voice" and were chosen to be on Blake Shelton's team.
Boyd won season seven of "The Voice" in 2014 and his song "My Baby Has a Smile on Her Face" became the second country song ever to debut at #1 on the Billboard Hot Country charts since they launched in 1958. His new single is "I'm Still Here." Boyd recently opened for Darius Rucker.
The Swon Brothers, actual brothers Zach and Colton Swon from Oklahoma, were finalists during the 2013 season of "The Voice." Their single "Later On" reached #6 on the Hot Country charts and they recently released a new single "Pray For You." The Swon Brothers were childhood friends with country music star Carrie Underwood.
Opening for the headliners on stage will be "Halfway to Hazard." This country duo grew up equal distances from Hazard, KY. Their first single "Daisy" in 2007 debuted on the Billboard Hot Country Top 40 list. They've opened for the likes of Tim McGraw and Faith Hill.
Jason Owens Band will get the crowd warmed up on the concourse. Gates open at 6:00 p.m. at UC Health Stadium on the 10th of September.
The Florence Freedom, presented by Titan Mechanical Solutions, are members of the Frontier League of Professional Baseball.
