
Freedom postpone player tryouts

The Fort Wayne Freedom announced today that player tryouts scheduled for Sunday, December 18th have been postponed and will be rescheduled for a later date. The Freedom have received many phone calls that past few days from those planning on attending who are concerned with travel and weather conditions on Sunday morning.
"We have many participants coming from out of town who are worried that they are not going to be able to make it due to travel conditions," said Rich Coffey, President. "The decision was made to postpone tryouts. We want to make sure that everyone that wants to attend tryouts has the opportunity and can do so safely."
The Freedom will announce details for the rescheduled date as they become available.
