Free Agency Period Opens Tonight At Midnight ET

The Canadian Football League Free Agency window opens tonight at 12:01am ET, kicking off a busy next couple of months for the CFL and its teams as they prepare for the 2010 season.
Below is a list of upcoming key dates and events:
February 16 Free Agency Period Opens
At 12:01am ET on February 16th, the 2010 CFL free agent period opens.
March 3 - 5 CFL Congress
The 2010 CFL Congress is being held in Edmonton, Alberta, home of the 2010 Grey Cup. The three days of annual meetings will take place at the River Cree Resort.
March 5 2009 Coach of the Year
The top head coach of the 2009 season will be honoured during the 49th CFL Coach of the Year Celebration. This year's Coach of the Year Luncheon will take place on Friday, March 5th at Noon MT in the Enoch Room at the River Cree Resort. The nominees for the Annis Stukus Trophy are Marcel Bellefeuille, Ken Miller and Marc Trestman.
March 12-14 Evaluation Camp
In preparation of the 2010 CFL Canadian Draft, general managers, coaches and scouts from all eight teams will be in Toronto to evaluate more than 50 of the Country's top football prospects. This year's Evaluation Camp is being held at the Park Hyatt Toronto Hotel and Varsity Centre at the University of Toronto.
May 2 Canadian Draft
The annual 2010 CFL Canadian Draft will be held on Sunday, May 2. Details to Follow.
May 8 CIS East-West Bowl
The 2010 CIS East West Bowl will be played on May 8th at 1:00pm ET at the University of Western Ontario.
June 2 Rookie Camps Open
June 6 Training Camps Open
