Four suspended by UHL

November 8, 2005 - International Hockey League 2 (IHL 2) News Release


LAKE ST. LOUIS, MO--- The United Hockey League (UHL) announced Tuesday that four players have been suspended as a result of their actions during UHL Game #49, Rockford at Missouri on Saturday, November 5th, 2005.

Rockford defenseman Corey Hessler is being issued a one (1) game suspension after being assessed with a match penalty for high sticking under Rule 43 (a-viii). Hessler will be ineligible to participate in:
UHL Game #64, Flint @ Rockford on Friday, November 11th, 2005

Rockford left wing Robin Big Snake is being issued a three (3) game suspension under Rule 56 (a) as a result of receiving an instigator in the final five minutes of the game and under Rule 33A as a result of making contact with a game official. Big Snake will be ineligible to participate in:
UHL Game #64, Flint @ Rockford on Friday, November 11th, 2005
UHL Game #67, Rockford @ Fort Wayne on Saturday, November 12th, 2005
UHL Game #76, Missouri @ Rockford on Sunday, November 13th, 2005

Missouri right wing Brad MacMillan is being issued a one (1) game suspension under Rule 56 (a) as a result of receiving an instigator in the final five minutes of the game. MacMillan will be ineligible to participate in:
UHL Game #55, Missouri @ Port Huron on Wednesday, November 9th, 2005

Missouri right wing Frank Littlejohn is being issued a one (1) game suspension under Rule 33A as result of engaging with the opposing team bench. Littlejohn will be ineligible to participate in:
UHL Game #55, Missouri @ Port Huron on Wednesday, November 9th, 2005
