CALGARY, Alberta – Four Calgary Storm players have been given the call to join Canada's U20 squad. Striker Chris Lemire joins midfielders Waldo Dutra, CJ Pezneker and defender Nik Ledgerwood as players selected to join Canada's U-20 National team for a training camp that is in preparation for CONCACAF qualifying in November.

"We are excited to see these young players out with the National Team some as long time members and others for the first time. It is a tribute to the effort these players have put in all season, "says Tommy Wheeldon, A League Coach. "I ‘m glad to see these young players be given the opportunities necessary to build upon our training and play at the highest level.

When contacted in Germany, Storm chairman Michael Vandale, currently acting as head of delegation for the U15 Canadian National Team during their games against Luxemburg and Germany, said "We have produced a great nucleus of young players for the future of Canadian soccer. Recognition of our efforts by the CSA National teams' program confirms that our organization is progressing in the right direction.
