
Four players share AMI Graphics ECHL Plus Performer of the Month

PRINCETON, N.J. - Michael Joly and Brady Shaw of the Colorado Eagles, Lindsay Sparks of the Atlanta Gladiators and Kyle Platzer of the Wichita Thunder are the AMI Graphics ECHL Plus Performers of the Month for October after sharing the league lead with a plus-minus rating of +8.
Joly, who is tied for the ECHL lead with six goals, posted an even or better raing in six of his seven games in October, including a +2 rating on Oct. 13 against Utah, Oct. 21 against Norfolk and Oct. 25 against Worcester.
Shaw, who is tied for second among ECHL rookies with four goals and eight points, was even or better in each of his six games during the month and posted a +2 rating on Oct. 20 against Norfolk and Oct. 25 against Worcester.
Sparks is tied for third in the league with seven assists and posted an even or better rating in six of Atlanta's seven October games, including a +3 on Oct. 26 at Jacksonville.
Platzer was at least a +1 in all six of Wichita's games in the month, and was a +3 on Oct. 13 against Indy. He is tied for third in the ECHL with five goals and is second with 11 points.
In recognition of their accomplishment, AMI Graphics will present each player with a personalized Plus Performer of the Month Banner during an on-ice ceremony at an upcoming home game.
