The Fort Worth Cats are celebrating their 125th anniversary this season, and the tradition of having fireworks at historic LaGrave Field to commemorate our nation's independence continues.
On July 3 the Fort Worth Cats take on the newest member of the United League, the Alexandra Aces, with first pitch set for 7:05 pm. Following the game will be a fantastic fireworks display provided by the Cats that will take place at LaGrave Field. Fans in attendance will get a view of fireworks unlike any other around the country, as the display will occur right behind center field. A game ticket is all that is needed to be a part of this great night.
The following night the Fort Worth Cats will host the San Angelo Colts at a special start time of 5:45 pm. Headlining the night will be another fireworks show, this one provided by the City of Fort Worth. Fans at the game will have the best seat in the house for the spectacular city show on the 4th as they will be able to view the festivities from the field.
