
Former Winterhawks Scouts Josh Dye & Grant Armstrong Win Second Straight Stanley Cup with Tampa Bay

Portland, Ore. - The Portland Winterhawks would like to extend congratulations to former scouts Josh Dye and Grant Armstrong, both winning their second Stanley Cup in as many seasons with the Tampa Bay Lightning Wednesday night.
The two were hired by the now back-to-back champions prior to the 2019-20 season.
Dye was a member of the Winterhawks scouting staff for eight seasons between 2006 and 2017 before accepting his new role with Tampa.
Armstrong served as Portland's Director of Player Personnel during the 2007-08 season and was the club's head scout for the four years following.

The Portland Winterhawks begin their 46th season of play on October 1 and will host Seattle on October 2 for the team's home opener.
