Wheeling, WV- The 2002 & 2003 National Champion Ohio Valley announce the acquisition of fullback Quentin Cradle from the Billings Outlaws.
Cradle is a 6' â 260 from University of Mary. Quentin was released from the Columbus Destroyers in 2004. Cradle was the IFL 2000 MVP and has played the past two seasons with Bismarck of the NIFL.
