Force unveils 2004-05 Energy Dance Team

CLEVELAND, OHIO -Cleveland Force Vice President and Assistant General Manager Eric Dietrich and the Right Path Studio/Reel Cheer TV unveiled the 2004-05 Cleveland Force Energy Dance Team on Thursday night at Shooter's on the West Bank of the Flats.

22 semi-finalists were selected from a group of talented young women during the preliminary try-outs to compete at the finals for the 16 positions on the Force Dance Team. The semi-finalists were introduced to a panel of celebrity judges, fans, friends and families in groups of four and then the groups performed a choreographed routine.

The celebrity judges panel was comprised of former Cleveland Browns defensive Back Hanford Dixon, Cris Glaser of Scene Magazine, Vic Gideon of WKYC TV-3, Nard Boy of 92.3 Extreme Radio, Mike Polk of WUAB TV-43 "The Block" and Kenny Roda host of Happy Hour on WKNR 850 AM, which was being broadcast live during the dance finals.

The 16 members of the 2004-05 Cleveland Force Energy Dance Team are as follows: Randi Brooks (Akron), Melissa Cerasi (Brecksville), Teresa Clark (Mount Vernon), Allison Collins (Independence), Suzanne Dominak (Lakewood), Nicole Elias (Parma), Kendall Eshleman (Wooster), Gina Fiorino (Cleveland), Lisa Janatovich (Parma), Valerie Malloy (Berea), Lindsay McCoy (Stow), Melissa Moore (Wickliffe), Tiffiny Robinson (Mansfield), Danielle Shook (Tallmadge), Amy Sowa (Painesville) and Kristina Trifiletti (Concord).

The first opportunity to see the 2004-05 Energy Dance team in action is at the Force Home Opener on October 23 at the Convocation Center at Cleveland State University. The game is scheduled to begin at 7:05 p.m.
