Force To Make Final Trip to Lone Star State

CLEVELAND, OHIO - The Cleveland Force will travel to Dallas, Texas to face the Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL) Western Division Dallas Sidekicks on Friday, December 12 at Reunion Arena. The game will mark the second meeting of the season between the teams as well as the final trip to the Lone Star State for the Force. Cleveland won the first game by a final score of 6-5 on Sunday, October 19 in Dallas.

The Force comes into the match up with a record of 4-5 overall and 3-1 versus Western Division opponents. Cleveland defeated the San Diego Sockers by a final score of 5-2 last Sunday at the Convo. Currently, the Force is in third place in the Eastern Division, 2.5 games behind the Philadelphia KiXX for second place and three games behind the Baltimore Blast for first.

The Sidekicks will enter the game with a record of 6-5 overall, 1-2 versus Eastern Division opponents. Dallas defeated the Kansas City Comets on Sunday by a final score 10-4. The Sidekicks are leading the Western Division with the Monterrey Fury and the San Diego Sockers trailing by two games.

Forward Adauto Neto recorded a goal and two assists in the first meeting to pace Cleveland. Forwards Lee Edgerton and Ato Leone are second on the team with two points in the first meeting. Edgerton recorded two goals while Leone picked up a goal and an assist in the first meeting.

In the first meeting, Dallas was led by forward Martin Dugas who recorded a goal and two assists for three points. Forward David Doyle was second on the team with two points as he tallied a goal and an assist.
