
Fontaine, Hood Back in Mobile

GREENVILLE, S.C. (November 21, 2002) - Guard Isaac Fontaine and forward Derek Hood have been added to the Mobile Revelers roster, National Basketball Development League Executive Director Karl Hicks and Revelers head coach Sam Vincent announced today. The Revelers also waived forward Jamario Moon and Geno Carlisle.
Fontaine, a first-team All-NBDL selection last year, lead the league in scoring in its inaugural season with 17.4 points per game and was one of eight NBDL call-ups to the NBA when he signed a 10-day contract with the Memphis Grizzlies last March. Hood averaged 10.2 points and 8.7 rebounds for the Revelers last season. He recorded 13 double-doubles and was named to the All-NBDL second team.
Carlisle averaged 6.0 points, 4.5 assists, and 2.5 rebounds over two games with Mobile this season. Moon averaged 2.5 points and one rebound in two games this year.
The Revelers roster now stands at 10. Colson will wear jersey number 28. Fontaine and Hood will wear numbers 22 and 30, respectively.
