Lakeland, FL - The Lakeland Flying Tigers have issued the following statement regarding manager Dave Huppert:

"Lakeland manager Dave Huppert will be away from the team indefinitely for health reasons. We wish Dave a full and speedy recovery and look forward to having him back leading the Flying Tigers. Detroit Tigers Minor League Infield Coordinator Bill Dancy will serve as manager for the immediate future".
