TODAY'S GAMES: Games two and three of a three-game series against the Dunedin Blue Jays at Osceola County Stadium (0-1)...Games six and seven of a seven-game homestand (2-3)...Second of four series between the two clubs in 2018, including two in Kissimmee...The Fire Frogs are 3-1 against the Blue Jays this season after finishing 5-8 against the Toronto Blue Jays' affiliate in 2017.

TODAY'S STARTING PITCHERS: 22-year-old Tucker Davidson makes his 10th start of the season in game two of the three-game series against the Dunedin Blue Jays on Thursday...The Amarillo, Texas native entered the 2018 season as the 13th- (Baseball America) and 23rd- (MLB.com) ranked prospect in the Atlanta Braves organization...The 6'2" southpaw earned his third consecutive win by holding the Tampa Tarpons to just one run on five hits, a walk and four strikeouts over six innings for his second quality start of the season...Thursday will be Davidson's first career start against the Blue Jays.

Right-handed pitcher Connor Johnstone takes the bump in the back end of the twin bill on Thursday...The 23-year-old will be making his third start of the season, and 11th appearance as a Fire Frog...The product of Wake Forest last pitched on May 26 against the Tampa Tarpons at Osceola County Stadium, surrendering three runs on four hits, a walk and a strikeout in three innings of work...The 6-foot-1 hurler will make his second start of the season against Dunedin on Thursday...The Georgia native shut out the Blue Jays in his first start of the year on May 22 at Dunedin Stadium, holding the D-Jays to just one hit through three frames, while walking one and tying a career-high with six strikeouts.

FLORIDA OPENS SERIES WITH LOSS TO DUNEDIN: Brett Cumberland tied a season-high with three walks at the dish, but the Florida Fire Frogs dropped game one of a three-game set against the Dunedin Blue Jays at Osceola County Stadium on Tuesday night, 8-2.

Dunedin plated three runs in the third, two in the seventh, and three more in the ninth for all eight of its runs. Florida pushed across solo tallies in the fifth and ninth.

WALK THIS WAY: Brett Cumberland singled with two outs in the first inning to extend his on-base streak to 10 games...The switch hitting is batting just .231 during the streak, but has drawn 12 walks, including three in three consecutive at-bats on Tuesday night...The product of California is tied for second in the Florida State League with 29 free passes at the dish, trailing only Tampa's Hoy Jun Park (31) entering Wednesday.

MAY THE SCHWARTZ BE WITH YOU: Garrison Schwartz singled in the fifth inning to extend his hitting streak to 12 games, stretching the season-high mark for the Fire Frogs...The corner outfielder has had two multi-hit performances during the streak, going 14-for-41 since May 15...The product of Grand Canyon University has lifted his average from .268 to .304 since the streak began.

Tyler Neslony holds the team record with a 14-game hitting streak set back from May 20 - June 4 of 2017...The left-handed batter hit .389 (21-for-54)...Schwartz is currently tied with Alay Lago for the second longest streak in Fire Frogs history...The native of Cuba hit .373 (19-for-51) during his 12-game streak from July 13-26 in 2017.

PACHE'S PACE: Cristian Pache legged out an infield single in his final at-bat in the ninth inning on Tuesday, advancing his the 19-year-old's hitting streak to seven games...The young outfielder is tied for the team lead with Alejandro Salazar for the most hitting streaks of five-games-or-more with three.

Alejandro Salazar bumped his hitting streak to six games with a single in the third inning in the loss to Dunedin.

OFFENSIVE RUMBLINGS: For the first time over the last eight games, the Florida Fire Frogs did not have at least one inning in which they scored more than one run...Florida's offense had tallied 41 runs on 58 hits over the previous 54 innings, before being limited to just two runs on five hits on Tuesday...The Fire Frogs had scored just 23 runs over their previous seven games prior to the offensive eruption.
