TODAY'S GAME: Game two of a four-game series against the Daytona Tortugas (CIN) to open the second half (1-0)...Game two of a 10-game homestand against Daytona, the Dunedin Blue Jays, and Tortugas (1-0)...Florida is coming off a 1-2 series defeat to the Jupiter Hammerheads to close out the first half...Third of five series (18 games) against the Cincinnati Reds' affiliate, including nine at Osceola County Stadium...The Fire Frogs have lost seven consecutive games to the Tortugas after winning the season opener at Jackie Robinson Ballpark, 3-2...Florida finished 7-7 against Daytona in 2017, including 5-2 at home.

TODAY'S STARTING PITCHER: 20-year-old Kyle Muller makes his eighth start at the High-A level in game game two of the four-game series against the Daytona Tortugas...The southpaw made six starts with the Rome Braves, going 3-0 with a 2.40 ERA across 30 innings of work (8er)...The Dallas native earned his second consecutive win in an 8-2 victory over the Bradenton Marauders on June 14 at Osceola County Stadium...The southpaw worked a career-high, seven innings, allowing two runs on three hits, four walks and six strikeouts on 106 pitches (65 strikes) in the quality start...Friday will be Muller's first career start against the Tortugas.

FLORIDA OPENS SECOND HALF WITH LOSS TO DAYTONA: The Florida Fire Frogs had a late lead slip away in a 2-1, 10-inning loss to the Daytona Tortugas on Thursday night at Osceola County Stadium to open up the second half. The defeat drops the Atlanta Braves' affiliate to 3-6 in extra-inning contests.

Joey Wentz worked four scoreless frames in the start, giving up a single and a walk, while picking up two trikeouts on 64 pitches. Jon Kennedy, Justin Kelly and Josh Graham worked the final six innings out of the bullpen for Luis Salazar's squad.

Both teams left six men on base, and combined to go 1-for-20 with runners in scoring position, with the only hit coming off the bat of Daytona's Brantley Bell with an RBI single in the top of the 10th.

UNTIMELY HITTING: In going 0-for-10 with runners in scoring position on Thursday night, the Fire Frogs have now gone hitless in their last three games with a chance to push a runner across the plate...During the three-game losing streak, Florida has scored just four runs...During the previous two games, the Fire Frogs had plated 15 runs against the Bradenton Marauders and Jupiter Hammerheads, while going 8-for-19 RISP.

TURNING THINGS AROUND: Josh Graham may have suffered the loss in the series opener, but the product of Oregon has turned a complete 180 out of the bullpen over his last three appearances, the right-hander has allowed an unearned run on one hit, one walk and eight strikeouts through five innings...Through his first three relief outings back in the High-A level, the 24-year-old had seven men cross the plate on seven knocks, four free passes and five punchouts through four frames.
