Flint Prepares for Weekend

FLINT, MI - The Flint Generals of the International Hockey League prepare for 2 road games on weekend #17 in the league schedule.

The Generals are in Fort Wayne on Friday, February 6, 2009 at 8:00 p.m. and in Muskegon on Saturday, February 7, 2009 at 7:00 p.m.

The Generals (15-26-2-4, 36 pts.) are in 6th place in the IHL, 3 points behind 5th place Bloomington. Fort Wayne (23-15-1-6, 53 pts.) is in a second place tie with Flint's Saturday night opponent, the Muskegon Lumberjacks (24-13-3-2, 53 pts.).

Catch all the action with the Voice of the Generals, Robert A. Roe on WFNT-1470 AM (B-2 Network & www.flintgenerals.com) and the "Countdown to Faceoff" pre-game show airing 20 minutes prior to faceoff.

The Generals return home on Saturday, February 14, 2009 hosting the Muskegon Lumberjacks at Perani Arena. Game time is 7:30 p.m.
