
Flash to Host Thailand in Friendly

BUFFALO, NY- The Western New York Flash announced today that they will be taking on the Thailand Women's National Team in a friendly at the Demske Sports Complex at Canisius College on Saturday, September 17, 2016. The match is set to kick off at 7:00 p.m. ET and all tickets for the match are $10.
Thailand will be taking on Flash midfielder Samantha Mewis and the United States Women's National Team on Thursday, September 15, in Columbus, Ohio.
"This is a great opportunity for us to bring an international game to western New York," said Rich Randall, the General Manager of the Flash. "It will be exciting for fans to see the Flash play Thailand two days after they take on the U.S. national team during a NWSL bye week."
Only 1,200 tickets are available for the friendly. Tickets for the match are available at the following link:http://bit.ly/2c9zhRW. If you would like to skip will call on Saturday, you can pick up your ticket on Thursday or Friday from 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. at Sahlen's Sports Park. Will Call will be open at Canisius at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday.
The Flash will continue NWSL play on Sunday night in Portland, when they face the Portland Thorns FC with a playoff spot on the line. The match will be televised on Fox Sports 1 at 9:30 p.m. ET.
