Flames Unveil Community Appearance Schedule for June

Moline, IL- The Quad City Flames announced today the team's community appearance schedule for June. The Flames mascot, Firestorm, and staff will be in the community throughout the month to visit with fans and talk Flames hockey. The team's busy summer schedule kicks off with the YMCA Kid's Triathlon on Saturday, June 7th.

During June, Firestorm and his crew will be attending a quartet of athletic events including a triathlon, a race, a relay and the Quad Cities Senior Olympics. Following the YMCA Kid's Triathlon on June 7th, the Flames will attend the Race for the Cure in downtown Moline on June 14th. The Saturday morning event benefits the Susan G. Komen Foundation. The Flames will be at Relay for Life in Davenport on June 20th. The month concludes with a Flames appearance at the Quad Cities Senior Olympics in Rock Island. The two day event is scheduled for June 20th and 21st.
