
Flames Sign Prospect Rasmus Andersson

Calgary, AB - The Calgary Flames announced today that they have signed 2015 draft pick Rasmus Andersson.
Andersson, a native of Malmo, Sweden, spent the 2014-15 season with the Barrie Colts of the Ontario Hockey League where he led the team's defencemen in goals (12), assists (52), points (64), power play goals (6), and penalty minutes (88). Andersson was Calgary's first selection in the 2015 NHL Draft when he was chosen in the second round (53rd overall).
