Brevard County Manatees News Release
Manatees fans, it's game on tonight! We've been tarp-happy fools and we're going to get the game started on time tonight.
The Manatees trail the St Lucie Mets by two games with five to play and if you believe in miracles, this is one in the making. The Mets and Manatees will play three games next week to end the first half of the season; only one of the teams will come out of it with a playoff berth, the other will have to claim the season's second half to gain entry into the September playoffs.
Tonight's it's the Daytona Cubs coming into Space Coast Stadium for a two-game series. It's must win time for the 'Tees.
Gates open at 6:00 pm for a 7:00 pm start. It's Omni Business Solutions Flag Day at the Ballpark. All military veterans and their families and guests will be admitted free simply by showing proof of military service at the box office, courtesy of Omni Business Solutions.
It's showtime, and the next five games will have a playoff flair, so don't miss out on any of the action at Space Coast Stadium tonight (7:00 pm) or tomorrow (11:00 am game).
