First Place Steamers Travel To Philly Saturday, Host Baltimore At Savvis On President's Day

The Steamers took sole possession of first place in the MISL when they defeated the Milwaukee Wave, 6-3, at Savvis Center last Sunday. The Steamers will now try to solidify their grip on the top spot when they journey to Philadelphia this Saturday to clash with the Kixx at 6:05 p.m. Philadelphia is struggling, having lost their last seven games and nine of their last ten. The Steamers have won three straight and eight of their last ten.

The Steamers return home to host the Baltimore Blast in a President's Day afternoon contest Monday, February 20 at 4:35 p.m. The Steamers will try to extend their 9-0 record at Savvis when they battle the Blast on Monday. St. Louis is the only team in the league with an undefeated record at home.
