Rochester, NY "" The Rochester Rhinos play the second of three matches in nine days on Wednesday, July 8th at Sahlen's Stadium facing FC Montreal in a United Soccer League (USL) match. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:05 pm ET.

The first place Rhinos are the only overall unbeaten soccer team in the USA, with a current club record 15 match league unbeaten streak to start the season (9-0-6, 33 points) and a 2-0-1 record in the US Open Cup. In addition, Rochester is perfect at home (5-0-0, zero goals allowed). FC Montreal is in 12th place in the USL Eastern Conference with a 1-10-2 mark for 5 points.

The Rhinos' defense has allowed only five goals in 15 league matches and are on pace to break the 1998 Rhinos' team record for fewest goals given up in a season at 15. The back line is led by fourth year keeper Brandon Miller, who leads the USL with a 0.29 goals against average and seven shutouts in ten full matches played. Offensively, the Rhinos are paced by Christian Volesky with five goals and one assist, Steevan Dos Santos with four goals and Alex Dixon with three goals. Alessandro Riggi tops FC Montreal's attack with three goals, followed by Victor Ndiaye with two goals and an assist and Louis Béland-Goyette with two goals.

This is fourth and final match between the Rhinos and FC Montreal in the regular season. On April 11, Rochester won in Montreal 3-0 with Volesky scoring twice in three minutes in the second half off the bench after Jonny Mendoza tallied in the first half. Back in Montreal on May 2, the Rhinos won 2-1 with Volesky again putting home two second half goals and Riggi scoring late for the home side. Finally on May 30 at Sahlen's Stadium, Rochester won 1-0 on Steevan Dos Santos' ninth minute goal and a shutout from backup keeper Adam Grinwis.

In their last USL match on July 3, visiting Rochester played to a 0-0 draw against second place Charleston. Defense dominated play, with the Rhinos back line not allowing the Battery a shot on frame and Charleston limiting Rochester to five shots in total. FC Montreal lost their most recent match to visiting Wilmington 2-1 on June 25. Montreal was scheduled to play Toronto FC 2 on July 4, but the match was postponed to July 21.

The next Rhinos match is Saturday, July 11 at 3:00 pm against host Toronto FC 2 at Ontario Soccer Centre in Vaughn, Ontario, Canada. The Rhinos return home on Saturday, July 18 against the Charlotte Independence at 7:05 pm.
