Firecats Back On The Air in Southwest Florida

Florida Firecats News Release
Estero, FL- The Florida Firecats are coming back to Southwest Florida's Sports Authority.
Today, the team announced it has reached a deal with the Beasley Broadcast Group that will return game broadcasts back to WWCN, Sportsradio 770 AM.
Broadcasts will start with the Firecats home game against the South Georgia Wildcats on May 24 and continue through the rest of the regular season and the playoffs. Adam Mendelson will have the play-by-play of all the games with Dave Parks providing color commentary for the home games.
The partnership with Beasley Broadcast Group will also include an increased Firecats presence on all of the Beasley-owned stations, including WJBX-FM, WJPT-FM, WRXK-FM and WXKB-FM and their websites.
"We are thrilled to team up with Sportsradio 770 again," said Firecats President and General Manager Chris Vallozzi. "This will be another avenue for our fans to follow the Firecats. Our fans will now be able to watch all of our games via floridafirecats.com and now they can listen if they don't have access to the internet. We look forward to working with the Beasley stations in what has been a great start to the 2008 season."
The Firecats will continue to stream game broadcasts at the team's website, floridafirecats.com. Fans can also watch all of this season's games for free by downloading af2tv. A link to af2tv is also available at floridafirecats.com.
