ALBANY, NY - The Albany Firebirds of arenafootball2 unveiled their new website www.albanyfirebirds.com in preparations for the upcoming 2009 arenafootball2 season.
The new Firebirds website, designed and hosted by InfinityProSports.com, features up-to-the-minute team news and press releases, the current team roster, player statistics, coaching staff biographies, along with their 2009 af2 schedule and Firebirds ticket information. Other features include details on upcoming events and promotions, links to local media coverage as well as a Firebirds desktop wallpaper and screensavers. There is also a section featuring the Times Union Center with a seating chart and directions and space devoted to the Flames Dance Team.
In the coming weeks the Firebirds will continue to add more content to their website, including brand new Firebirds merchandise in their online store, fun facts and games for fans of all ages, new player signings and in depth player profiles.
The Albany Firebirds will begin their 2009 regular season schedule on March 27th at Mahoning Valley, while their first home game is set for April 10th against the Florida Firecats at the Times Union Center.
