Fire fans more than doubled the next highest attendance, which was Green Bay with (5,117). Spokane was the leading attendance holder last year and has been for the last couple years. Berryman, states, "This year Fire tickets will not be out sold. We are going to prove that we have the best fans across the league, and they aren't afraid to show it."
Louisville Fire attendance for Saturday's game was higher than three teams in the AFL, the league that the Fire intend on moving to when the new arena is completed. Those were the Colorado Crush (10,350), Grand Rapids Rampage (5,818), and New York Dragons (8,216).
