
Fighting Saints Complete Phase I of USHL Draft

Dubuque Fighting Saints News Release
DUBUQUE, IA - The Fighting Saints selected 15 players in the USHL Phase I Draft on Monday.
Dubuque opened the draft by trading up to select forward Colin Grubb with the eighth pick in the First Round. Dubuque sent the 13th pick and a fourth-round pick to Sioux City for the eighth pick and a seventh-round selection.
Each of the Saints' first six picks were forwards in the Phase I Draft, before selecting Leland Dulac in the sixth round.
The Fighting Saints drafted twin brothers Peyton and Benjamin Collins in the ninth and 11th rounds out of the Nashville Jr. Predators program.
