Falcons Radio Announcer Leaving the Team

June 2, 2006 - ECHL (ECHL)
Fresno Falcons News Release

FRESNO, Calif. - Fresno Falcons CEO John Tull announced today that Director of Broadcasting and Media Relations Brian Clark is leaving the team to move closer to family and pursue other career opportunities in his hometown of Denver, Colo. After seven seasons with the Falcons, Clark's last day with the organization is June 30.

"Brian is the best play-by-play announcer I have worked with. He has had seven phenomenal seasons in Fresno and will be missed by the fans," said Tull.

"Last summer my fiancé Elizabeth and I decided 2005-06 would be our last season in Fresno," said Clark. "It was an incredibly tough decision to finally make in the end, especially given the success the team had on the ice last year and the energy that surrounds the entire organization right now with new ownership and management in place.

"I sincerely want to thank all of the colleagues and Falcons fans I've been able to get to know the past seven years for their support of the team and of the radio broadcasts, specifically," he continued. "Falcons fans are a loyal and passionate group whose numbers are only going to grow with the direction the organization is headed."
