
Explosion will play against Japan in-spite of the Swine Flu Scare

Monroe, Washington - May 2nd 2009 - The Snohomish County Explosion will be playing tonight's game at the Monroe Sports Arena and only the concern of Swine Flu could have stopped a sell-out. With many people using the Ticket Exchange Program (TEP) there is about 600 seats still available for tonight's game. We have had hundreds of calls with questions on if the game is still going on and many people have decided to stay home today.
"Yes great tickets are still available and can be purchased online and at the box office," said General Manager Sean Keck "Today we will have hand sanitizer at stations throughout the arena to make sure everyone can keep germs at bay."
Tonight's action is truly international with the Explosion (3-3) taking on Japan (0-1) at the Monroe Sports Arena at Monroe High School. Tip off time is 7:15pm Saturday May 2, 2009. Tickets can be purchased online at www.explosionbasketball.net or call 425-339-BALL (2255) tickets start as low as $5.00 per seat.
