Snohomish County Explosion News Release
MONROE, Wash. - May 1, 2008 - Snohomish County Explosion General Manager Brad Sturlaugson announced today that three players have been given their release from the team. "Jermaine Blackburn, Kyle Keyes, and Milton Wright have been officially released from the Explosion organization," said Sturlaugson. No other details were announced.
The Explosion have a 6-5 record and play the Shaanxi Kylins (China) Saturday, May 10 at 7:15pm in the Monroe Sports Arena at Monroe High School. Seats are still available by calling 425-339-BALL (2255) or at the Monroe Sports Arena Box Office starting at 5:00pm PST.
Snohomish County Explosion Basketball is an international sports organization based in Monroe, Washington. As a member of the International Basketball League (IBL), the Snohomish County Explosion will be defending its 2007 West Division Championship Title against teams from across the Western United States, Canada and China. Explosion LLC was founded in 2006 by former Microsoft Manager and CEO of Courtyard Media Group Inc. Nathan Mumm.
