
Explosion Adds Defensive Guard Ryan Skinner

MONROE, Wash. - May 9, 2008 - Snohomish County Explosion General Manager Brad Sturlaugson announced today that the Explosion organization has signed Ryan Skinner for Saturday's game against the Shaanxi Kylins.
Skinner is a 6'1" point guard originally from Casa Grande, Ariz. He played for Prima Community College and Yakima Valley Community College before joining the Salem Stampede in 2006, where he received the honor of Defensive Player of the Year.
Snohomish County Explosion Basketball is an international sports organization based in Monroe, Washington. As a member of the International Basketball League (IBL), the Snohomish County Explosion will be defending its 2007 West Division Championship Title against teams from across the Western United States, Canada and China.
The Explosion have a 7-6 record and play the Shaanxi Kylins this Saturday, May 10 at 7:15pm in the Monroe Sports Arena at Monroe High School. Seats are still available by calling 425-339-BALL (2255) or at the Monroe Sports Arena Box Office starting at 5:00pm PST.
