A Derby Yet to be Named

Another day and another game against a Pacific Division rival. Orange County SC travels down the 5 South to play San Diego Loyal SC on Wednesday, July 14 at 7:30pm at Torero Stadium.

OCSC is 1-1-2 against San Diego since their southern rivals joined the league during the 2020 USL Championship season.

Extreme Heat, Storms or Perfect Weather

OCSC has twice played in a city-Las Vegas (June 19) and Sacramento (July 10)-where temperatures soared over 100 degrees which is far from the warm, yet comfortable weather that OCSC enjoys when playing at Championship Soccer Stadium in Irvine. Not to forget, OCSC opened the month of July against Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC on a wet and stormy evening more than a mile high. When OCSC kicks off against San Diego, the temperature is expected to be around the mid-70s with mostly clear skies.
