
Evansville BlueCats Celebrate Armed Forces Day

EVANSVILLE, IN: The Evansville BlueCats home game on Saturday, May 19th, falls on Armed Forces Day. In honor of Armed Forces Day, the BlueCats would like to invite all active and retired military personnel to arrive at the game in uniform and receive free admission. Active and retired military personnel in uniform should enter at Gate 2 before the start of the game to receive a complimentary ticket.
On Saturday, May 19th, the Evansville BlueCats (2-4) will be facing off with a division rival, the Lexington Horsemen (4-2). This will be the first meeting in Evansville between the BlueCats and Horsemen this year. The game begins at 7:05pm at Roberts Stadium. Don't miss your chance to watch the three new BlueCats players in their home game debut. Carlo Heard, Jon Penrod, and J.R. Webber signed with the BlueCats earlier this week.
This Sunday, May 13th, the BlueCats are on the road. They will be playing the Omaha Beef on Mother's Day in Omaha, Nebraska at 3:30pm. The game can be heard live on News-Talk 1280 WGBF-AM and on the web at www.103gbfrocks.com with Jimmie Ford on play-by-play.
