Energy FC Teaming with Lasloi Teams for Doubleheader at Pribil Stadium

OKLAHOMA CITY - Soccer fans across the metro area have the opportunity to see a doubleheader Saturday, August 16 at Pribil Stadium on the campus of Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School at 801 NW 50th Street. The Energy FC Clasico pits LASLOI teams Pumas OKC against Mexico Deportivo at 3:30 p.m. Following the game between Pumas OKC and Mexico Deportivo, Energy FC takes the field against LA Galaxy II at 7 p.m. Gates open for the day at 3 p.m.

A ticket for the Energy FC game against LA Galaxy II is also good for admission to the game featuring Pumas OKC and Mexico Deportivo.

For this special event, gameday festivities begin at 2 p.m. at the Chesapeake Energy lawn. Beverages for purchase, along with family-friendly activities, are available at the lawn for fans until 7 p.m. Admission to the lawn event is free. Show your game ticket to receive $1 Budweiser, $1 Bud Light and $2 Boulevard during Energy FC Happy Hour from 2 - 3:30 p.m. and 5 - 6 p.m. at the lawn near Chesapeake Energy's campus on NW 63rd and Western.

The Latin American Soccer League of Oklahoma City Inc. (LASLOI) has been in existence for over 27 years and features 100 teams that play predominantly in south Oklahoma City. Over 2,000 adult soccer players participate in LASLOI. Pumas OKC and Mexico Deportivo are pioneer teams in the league and previous league champions.

Parking at Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School is limited. Fans attending the games are encouraged to utilize the parking area at the Chesapeake Energy campus located at NW 63rd & Western. Energy FC provides a shuttle service from the lawn area to the game. Shuttle service begins at 1:30 p.m. For the game on August 16 only, shuttle service is free until 4 p.m. After 4 p.m., cost to ride is $1 per person, per direction.
