Dayton Dutch Lions News Release

West Carrollton, OH: West Carrollton High School now has the top turf field available in the United States, thanks to Dr. Gupta and The Dayton Outpatient Center that is why the Cincinnati Bengals were training at the DOC Stadium last night in front of a record crowd of approximately 6500 fans.

The energy level was high, despite that the rain rolled in just as the Bengals players arrived. The fans were excited to see their favorite team and made sure the players knew that the rain was not going to keep them away. The players rewarded the loyal fans by signing autographs after their training session.

When asked what he thought about the nights turn out, Dr. Gupta replied "We are very excited to bring a piece of history, something everyone loves like the Cincinnati Bengals to the West Carrollton Community. To see and hear the excitement of the fans makes it all worth it. I am looking forward to seeing the benefits this will bring to the West Carrollton community in the future; we want to see more professional teams playing right here at the Dayton Outpatient Center Stadium. We already have one of only 14 USL Pro Men's soccer teams currently in the United States and Canada playing every home game here at the DOC Stadium and with the resent awareness that the World Cup has brought to the game of soccer, we are looking forward to bringing crowds like this to every Dayton Dutch Lions FC home game."

Dr. Gupta added "We want to thank the Bengals owner Mike Brown and his grandson Paul Brown for personally attending tonight, along with the players, coaches and Jeff Berding who was instrumental in making this happen. We want to thank West Carrollton City, West Carrollton High School and all of the volunteers that made this night such a success".

The Dayton Dutch Lions FC will host the Rapid Reserves Saturday August 23rd, at the Dayton Outpatient Center Stadium at West Carrollton High School. Kickoff is at 7:00pm.
