Albany, NY: The Albany Empire announced today that the team has signed Running back, Rashaad Cooper for the 2023 National Arena League season. Cooper played collegiately at Dartmouth University of the Ivy League. During his time at Dartmouth, Cooper appeared in 24 games tallying up 7 touchdowns on 170 carries for 969 yards with 100 of those carries coming in his Senior year. Cooper also showed his versatility by bringing in 23 receptions for 130 yards.
