
Eliuk Receive Double Awards From National Lacrosse League

Philadelphia Wings veteran goaltender Dallas Eliuk was named the NLL's Overall Player of the Week and Defensive Player of the Week for the week of January 27 for his spectacular 37 save game against the Colorado Mammoth at the First Union Center on January 25. Eliuk will try and repeat his performance against the defending NLL Champion Toronto Rock this Saturday, February 1 at the First Union Center at 8 p.m.
"The performance we saw against Colorado was definitely vintage Dallas Eliuk," said Wings President and Owner Russ Cline. "The award was definitely well deserved".
Eliuk's 17 save 4th quarter held off a Mammoth attack in the Wings' 13-11 win. The 13-year veteran is the most decorated goaltender in NLL history with four world championships, nine All-Pro and two Championship MVP awards.
