St. John's Edge News Release


St. John's, NL - On Wednesday morning the Community Food Sharing Association were devastated by a fire in their warehouse on Topsail Road.

To do our part for the Community Food Sharing Association, the Edge will be asking fans coming to Thursday's game to donate a non-perishable food item. With the donation you can receive a ticket for just $10.00, you will also be given a ballot for a chance to WIN A SUITE to an Edge game in March.

We encourage all fans and community members to join us as we assist in the recovery of food for the Community Food Sharing Association. Our organization is fortunate enough to be able to have a platform to rally everyone in the community to assist in this time of need.

There are also locations all over St. John's taking in donations for the Community Food Sharing Association to assist them in recovering from this fire as quick as possible. We also want to recognize those who will be taking in donations and thank them for their efforts.
