
Dynamite Scores Four Local Products

(Denver, CO) - The Denver Dynamite formally announced four additional player signings today: Jesse Black, Justin Dzuba, James McMonigle, and Kelly Robinson. These four have not only have had successful stints in various semi-pro leagues in the area but are all local to Colorado. McMonigle and Robinson graduated from Mitchell High School in Colorado Springs, while Dzuba and Black represent Liberty (Colorado Springs) and Douglas County (Castle Rock) respectively.
Forward James McMonigle graduated form the University of Colorado - Colorado Springs. He has been with the Premier Arena Soccer League (PASL-Premier)'s Southern Colorado Stars (SoCo Stars), now known as the Dynamite Reserves, for the past two seasons and is their current all-time leading scorer.
Forward Jessie Black brings both experience and leadership to the team. Black was the all time leading scorer for the United Soccer Leagues Premier Development League (PDL)'s Denver Cougars. He also led PASL-Premier's SoCo Stars in scoring for the summer of 2008.
Midfielder Kelly Robinson formally played with the Colorado Crimson with Pete Randall and the Colorado Springs Blizzard (PDL) along with teammates Jimmy Wade, Ryan Creager and Pete Randall. While in the Navy, Robinson was named to both the All-Navy and All-Armed Forces teams.
Goalkeeper Justin Dzuba, a graduate of University of Colorado - Colorado Springs, has played for the SoCo Stars since their inception, leading the Rocky Mountains Division in GAA in the winter 2007-08 and the nation in the summer 2008 seasons. He played keeper for Liberty High School when they not only won the state championship, but were the first and only school in Colorado history to not allow any goals throughout the playoffs.
"I am extremely happy to welcome these players to the team. I was delighted when we landed these players." Head Coach Mike Thompson.
"I founded this team for guys like this," said Dynamite President Pete Randall. "Every one of these guys knows what it takes to win, and to win championships. I would put these guys up against anyone in the nation. They can, and will, compete against anyone,"
The PASL-Pro is a new professional arena soccer league whose inaugural season kicks off October 25, 2008 when the Stockton Cougars host the Colorado Lightning. PASL-Pro consists of 8 US teams, the CMISL, and LMFR. The San Diego Sockers and a yet-to-be-named team in Utah have been added for the 2009/10 season. PASL Premier just completed its 10th season as the nation's top amateur arena soccer league. PASL-Pro and PASL-Premier are members of the Federacion Internacional de Futbol Rapido (FIFRA).
