The Bulls play the finale of their four-game set against the Lehigh Valley IronPigs in the first series of their seven-game road trip. Durham is 9-3 over its past 12, after opening the season just 3-6 - the worst nine-game start in the franchise's 18-year Triple-A history. Additionally, the squad's 6-1 mark over its last seven games is the team's best seven-game record since 7/6-7/18/14, when it went 7-1 over an eight-game span. Lehigh Valley - the Philadelphia Phillies' top affiliate - holds the 2nd-worst record in all of Minor League Baseball, trailing only Double-A Richmond (3-14; .176), as the team is just 2-12 over its last 14 games.
