Ducks Recall Kyle Palmieri

Syracuse, NY (January 21, 2012) - The Syracuse Crunch announced today that the Anaheim Ducks have recalled right wing Kyle Palmieri.

Palmieri, 20, has appeared in 10 games with the Ducks this season, recording two points (1g, 1a) and two penalty minutes. The two-time AHL All-Star has played in 23 games for the Crunch totaling 31 points (21g, 10a) and 23 penalty minutes. The Ducks drafted Palmieri in the first round, 26th overall in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft.

The Crunch face the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins in a home and home series on January 21 and 22. They'll post the Penguins at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 22 at the War Memorial Arena.
